The Malakoff Charity Ride was intense for riders and support team, and also for this harried blogger who had a team, which jumped ship and decided to ride instead with sporadic blogging.
And this morning, I get an unexpected surprise of a volunteer guest blogger who should be posting today with an exclusive interview with Haidar.

Dear Riders,
Please be informed that two of our MCR riders, Hafiz and Rosdi from TG Bin, Johore are suffering with some kind of food poisoning and are currently being warded at Selayang Hospital and Puteri Specialist respectively. We were told that they had stopped at Paka, Dungun for their dinner on their way back to KL after the ride. Let's pray for their quick recovery. Shakiman.
A speedy recovery to Hafiz and Rosdi, our prayers are with them.
I had dinner at Cherating after the ride was over, and ended up with food poisoning too. But it was just for 2 days.
Amazing that the food was good, and stomach friendly during the 3 day ride, and as soon as we ate out on our own the trouble started.
